Good places to park –

On the far right of the trail at 105 Wichita Street at the Wee-Chi-Tah Statue

In the middle of the trail at the Texas Info Center just off I-44

The trail is a loop – one way – except on Wednesday then it’s WRONG WAY WEDNESDAY!  (On Wednesday, keep the ribbons on your left but be aware of folks riding the other way!)  Wrong Way Wednesday is suspended for all of August.

When you get to the RV Park, keep going north across the park and you will see the trail entrance.

All Dirt Events start at and finish at the J.S. Bridwell Ag Center, 111 North Burnett Street, Wichita Falls, TX 76306.  It’s on the North side of the Wichita River from the Multi-Purpose Event Center – Headquarters for the Hotter’N Hell Hundred.

Everyone LOVED the new start times in 2019! In 2020 we will keep the early start time and get done before it gets REALLY HOT!

Cat 3 start at 8 AM, Cat 3 Hopeful start

Cat 1 start at 10 AM, Cat 2 start right after.

Cat 1 ride 3 laps

Cat 2 ride 2 laps

Juniors start with their Cat – NEW for 2020!

Cat 3 and Hopefuls ride one lap

Female Cat 1 get to ride only 2 laps

Male Cat 1 over 60 also get to ride only 2 laps

Both the runs on Sunday will start in the meadow just like a Cross Country race start!  Exciting!!!  The Half will start at 7 AM and the 10 K will start at 15 or so after 7 or as soon as the half runners clear out.

Are you terrified of Highway to Heaven?

For the FIRST TIME EVER we are leaving the “go around” open!  It’s longer but stays ON THE GROUND!
